CLOSE UPS

If you need to take a close up, check to see if your camera has "macro mode"  This is usually indicated by a flower.  Some cameras also go directly into macro mode by holding down the zoom button until it stops, releasing and zooming once more.  You will then see an indicator that you are in "macro mode"

RESOLUTION

Generally speaking, any setting that your camera has would be great.  Camera enabled cell phones take poor quality images and we don't suggest using them
