Please provide as many dimensions as possible. We have standard dimensions for items, but many customers have received special items and standards have changed over the years.  Some guidelines are as follows:
  1. Damaged bed - Please provide all bed post dimensions (3), overall width of bed end, overall length of rail or spring, and whether or not it is hardwareless assembly

  2. Damaged drawer - Please measure overall width and depth, as well as height of drawer front.  Please also note if drawer front is screwed to the front of the drawer box (detachable) or if it is dovetailed into the box.
